Having faced my own challenges with my mental wellbeing, I have developed a passion and understanding of mindfulness that helps me to better manage my thoughts, and stop negative thought patterns in their tracks. I voluntarily run a mindfulness community of practice in my workplace, which has had a positive impact on colleague's wellbeing. Following completion of Mindfulness Teacher Training Part 1 with Dr Patrizia Collard in April 2021, I wanted to share the benefits of mindfulness with the world, helping others to halt burnout and detach from the negative thought patterns we accept as the 'norm'. Knowing the fluctuations in my own practice, I'm keen to help you develop your practice, judgement free, so that you can be mindful in a way that works for you.
Meditation and mindfulness are great as a solitary activity. By practising together, we can deepen our practice and develop a better understanding of ourselves. Mindfulness also links well with the five ways to wellbeing; connect, be active, take notice, learn, and give.
Share your experiences with others, set weekly intentions, and access a weekly recorded meditation video (with audio recording) as well as hints and tips. Alternatively, you may wish to join our Mindful Moments Circle and fully commit to your mindfulness practice through live zoom sessions, weekly Q&As and daily prompts to help develop your practice and live a calmer life.
Let’s learn, grow and meditate together!
I'm passionate about helping people to understand and develop their mindfulness practice, embracing what that practice is. Thank you for helping me to achieve this and supporting others to live a calmer life.
